This notice covers the All Pinatas customer waitlist and maker application only. These forms are operated by All Pinatas.

What these forms collect

The waitlist asks for your name and email. Maker applications also ask for business and location details, specialties, production capacity, fulfillment options, a public portfolio link, and any information you choose to include in your notes. Do not include information about children, government IDs, financial details, or private customer details.

The forms also record your chosen language so we can use it when following up.

How the information is used

Waitlist details are used to contact you about the All Pinatas launch. Maker application details are used to evaluate your interest and contact you about onboarding. Submitting an application does not approve or certify a maker, create a seller account, or accept an order.

Where it goes

The website passes submissions through our hosting server to GoHighLevel, our contact-management provider. Authorized operators can review the information there. Portfolio links are provided for review and are not automatically fetched or published. This form does not send SMS or initiate payments.

Cookies and spam protection

A necessary session cookie protects the form and remembers a submission receipt. The form uses a browser computation, a hidden spam field, and request limits. A daily hash of the connecting IP address is kept in a short-lived rate-limit file. The server may also maintain access logs. No advertising or analytics scripts are added by these forms.

Your choices

Joining is optional. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist, withdraw an application, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Contact get@allpinatas.com.

Information remains in the contact system until it is removed by an authorized operator. These forms are intended for adults age 18 or older.
